摘要 鲜食大豆是我国重要的基础农作物之一,因其具有较高的营养而备受人们青睐。以福建省连江县为例,通过介绍鲜食大豆的生产现状和特点,分析总结了当地鲜食大豆高产优质栽培技术要点,以期为相关人员提供一定的参考和借鉴。 Fresh soybean is one of the important basic crops in China,and it is favored by people because of its high nutrition.Taking Lianjiang County of Fujian Province as an example,this paper introduced the production status and characteristics of fresh soybean,analyzed and summarized the key points of high yield and high quality cultivation technology of local fresh soybean,in order to provide some reference for related personnel.
