苓花降毒汤治疗低病毒血症慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Linghua Jiangdu Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B with Hypoviremia

目的:探讨苓花降毒汤治疗热毒蕴结型低病毒血症慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选取热毒蕴结型低病毒血症慢性乙型肝炎患者62例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组各31例。对照组患者给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,试验组患者给予苓花降毒汤联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗。治疗2个疗程后,对两组患者治疗前后相关中医证候积分、乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸载量和转阴率及肝功能指标的变化进行统计学分析。结果:经过2个疗程治疗后,试验组患者中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者相关症状改善情况及肝功能、HBV-DNA载量下降及转阴率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组临床治疗总有效率为93.5%,高于对照组(48.3%)。结论:苓花降毒汤治疗热毒蕴结型低病毒血症慢性乙型肝炎,可明显提高HBV-DNA的转阴率、降低HBV-DNA载量、改善肝功能指标、缓解相关症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Linghua Jiangdu decoction in the treatment of patients with low viremia of chronic hepatitis B with heat-toxin accumulation.Methods:Between 2022 and 2023,62 patients with chronic hepatitis b thermotoxicity were selected and a random comparison group was divided into 31 patients.The control group was treated with phospholipid choline polyene capsules,and the experimental group was treated with Linhua Jiangdu capsules and phospholipid choline polyene capsules.TCM symptom score,HBV deoxyribonucleic acid load,negative conversion rate,and changes in liver function index of two groups were comprehensively analyzed after two treatments.Results:After undergoing two treatment courses,the experimental group exhibited a lower TCM syndrome score compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group demonstrated significantly better improvements in related symptoms,liver function,HBV-DNA load,negative conversion rate compared with control group(P<0.05).The overall clinical efficacy rate in the experimental arm was 93.5%,significantly higher than that in the control arm 48.3%.Conclusion:Linghua Jiangdu Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B with low viremia caused by heat-toxin accumulation can significantly improve the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA,reduce HBV-DNA load,improve liver function indicators,and relieve related symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
