含苦杏仁中成药处方用药规律分析:基于数据挖掘技术

Analysis of Prescription Medication Rules of Chinese Patent Medicine Containing Bitter Almonds Based on Data Mining

目的:基于数据挖掘技术探析含苦杏仁中成药处方的配伍用药规律。方法:收集《新编国家中成药》《国家中成药标准汇编》《新药转正标准》3部著作中含苦杏仁的中成药处方,构建苦杏仁方药数据库,通过频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析和因子分析对处方用药规律进行分析。结果:共纳入334首含苦杏仁的治疗处方,剂型以丸剂、口服液、颗粒剂、袋泡茶剂最常见,涉及20大类中药,中药种类合计366味,药性主要集中在温、寒、平,药味主要为苦、辛、甘,归经以肺、脾、胃为主,主治以咳嗽、感冒、喘证、哮证等肺系病居多,证型以痰热郁肺证、风寒袭肺证、痰湿蕴肺证、风热犯肺证、表寒里热证最常见。通过对344首含苦杏仁的方剂进行关联规则分析得到14种核心药物组合。对治疗肺系疾病含苦杏仁中成药处方进行关联规则、聚类、因子分析,分别得到21个、14和15个药物组合。结论:通过以上分析发现,含苦杏仁的中成药组方常用于治疗肺系疾病,配伍多以祛痰药为主,所治疗疾病的病因总属外感内伤,治疗上标本兼顾、寒温并用,且以三拗汤合二陈汤加减为核心处方。该研究为苦杏仁现代临床应用和开发提供了借鉴。

Objective:To study the compatibility of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations containing Bitter almond based on data mining technology.Methods:The prescriptions of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations containing bitter almond in the three books of New National Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines and Simple Preparations,National Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines and Simple Preparations Standard Collection and New Drug Formalization Standard were collected,and the database of Bitter almond prescriptions was constructed.The drug use rules of prescriptions were analyzed by frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis.Results:A total of 334 treatment prescriptions containing Bitter almonds were included,with the most common dosage forms being pills,oral liquid,granules,and tea bags,involving 20 major categories of traditional Chinese medicine.There are a total of 366 types of traditional Chinese medicine,with the drug properties mainly concentrated in warmth,cold,and calmness.The drug flavors are mainly bitter,spicy,and sweet,and the meridians are mainly focused on the lungs,spleen,and stomach.The main treatments are mainly cough,cold,asthma,asthma,and other lung diseases.The syndrome types are phlegm heat stagnation lung syndrome,wind cold attack lung syndrome,and phlegm dampness accumulation lung syndrome Wind heat invading lung syndrome and exterior cold and interior heat syndrome are the most common.Through association rule analysis on 344 formulas containing Bitter almonds,14 core drug combinations were obtained.A total of 21,14 and 15 drug combinations were obtained by association rules,clustering and factor analysis of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations prescriptions containing bitter almond for the treatment of pulmonary diseases.Conclusion:To sum up,the analysis shows that the traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations containing Bitter almond is commonly used to treat lung diseases,and the compatibility is mainly expectorants.The etiology of the disease treated is always exogenous and internal injury.The treatment takes both the standard and the standard into consideration,and cold and warm are used together.The addition and subtraction of San'ao Decoction and Erchen Decoction is the core treatment,which provides a reference for the modern clinical application and development of Bitter almond.
