摘要
本文综述了小麦麸皮及发酵小麦麸皮在饲料领域和食品加工中的应用进展,以期了解小麦麸皮在深加工领域的可利用价值,为提升小麦麸皮的经济利用价值提供参考。
This article reviews the application of wheat bran and fermented wheat bran in feed and the progress of it's application in food processing,in order to understand the exploitable value of wheat bran in the field of deep processing and provide reference for improving the economic utilization value of wheat bran.
