我国研究生教育与产业结构耦合协调发展现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Graduate Education and Industrial Structures in China

通过构建研究生教育与产业结构评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、空间杜宾模型等实证方法,分析2011-2020年29个省份研究生教育与产业结构的耦合协调发展及其动力因素。研究结果表明:我国各省份研究生教育与产业结构耦合协调水平均呈缓慢上升趋势,总体发展稳定,区域呈现出“东中部高,西部低”的空间分布特征,具有显著的路径依赖和空间集聚特征;人均GDP、生师比、产业结构高级化以及泰尔系数是研究生教育与产业结构耦合协调发展的主要动力因素。建议统筹区域发展,统筹研究生教育与产业结构发展,将研究生教育高质量创新发展作为主攻方向,坚持短期调控与长期规划相结合,清除阻碍产业结构优化升级的政策藩篱。

By constructing an evaluation index system for graduate education and industrial structure,and using empirical methods such as coupling coordination degree model and spatial Durbin model,this study analyzes the coupling coordination development and driving factors of graduate education and industrial structure in 29 provinces from 2011 to 2020.The research results indicate that the level of coupling and coordination between graduate education and industrial structure in various provinces of China has shown a slow upward trend,with overall stable development.The region shows a spatial distribution characteristic of “high in the east and central regions,low in the west”,with significant path dependence and spatial agglomeration characteristics.The main driving factors for the coordinated development of graduate education and industrial structure are per capita GDP,student teacher ratio,advanced industrial structure,and the Thiel coefficient.Suggest coordinating regional development as a whole;Adhere to the combination of short-term regulation and long-term planning;Regard high-quality innovative development of graduate education as the main focus;Clear policy barriers that hinder the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and promote the coordinated development of graduate education and industrial structure coupling.
