摘要 师生共同体是新时代高校教学中一个重要的关系体。在高校思想政治理论课中围绕“师”“生”主体间内在关系的重塑,助推多重教育,加强师生共同体建设是构建真正的育人共同体、切实提高教学实效以及实现“立德树人”教育目标的关键环节。推进关系教育,消除主体间原则主导下的关系异化,超越二元主体对立的关系共同体,激活多重育人主体共同参与。展开对话教育,创新“以问题为导向”的主体交互机制,在对问题的持续性思索与探讨中建立起联结师生的真实关系纽带。强化情感教育,在满足情感需求、构建情感场域与提升情感能力的过程中建立起联结师生的深层情感纽带。依靠不断破除阻碍师生关系共存共生共发展的多重因素,历史性重塑师生共同体,助力新时代现代化新人的培育与发展。 The teacher-student community is an important relation in the university education in the new era.In the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities,the concentration lies on reconstructing the internal relationship between “teachers” and “students” to promote multiple forms of education and enhance the construction of the teacher-student community.This is the key link in building a real educational community,improving the effectiveness of teaching and achieving the education goal of “building morality and cultivating people”.Promote relationship education,eliminate the alienation of relationships under the guidance of inter subject principles,transcend the relationship community of binary subject opposition,and activate the joint participation of multiple educational subjects.Launch dialogue education,innovate the “problem oriented” subject interaction mechanism,and establish the real relationship bond between teachers and students in the continuous thinking and discussion of problems.Strengthen emotional education,establish a deep emotional bond that connects teachers and students in the process of meeting emotional needs,constructing emotional fields,and enhancing emotional abilities.By continuously breaking down the multiple factors that hinder the coexistence and co-development of the teacher-student relationship,the historic reshaping of the teacher-student relationship community will help cultivate and develop new modernizers in the new era.
