全球化正在进入动态调整阶段,体现在世界经济增长疲弱、国际力量对比发生显著变化、围绕技术制高点的竞争日趋激烈、全球安全格局演变、全球经济治理亟须变革等多个方面。未来一段时期,我国发展的外部环境将更加复杂,构建新发展格局既存在区域经济合作加深等一些有利条件,又面临美西方对我联合打压的力度加大等挑战。我国需要抓住重点方向,加快实现高水平科技自立自强,建设更高水平开放型经济新体制,处理好与重点国家和地区的关系,积极参与全球治理,提升国际话语权,为自身发展营造更加有利的条件。

Globalization is entering a stage of dynamic adjustment,which is reflected in many aspects,such as weak world economic growth,significant changes in the international balance of power,increasingly fierce competition over the commanding heights of technology,the evolution of the global security landscape,and urgent changes in global economic governance.In the coming period,the external environment for China's development will be more complex,and there are favorable conditions such as deepening regional economic cooperation in building a new development pattern,but we also face challenges such as the increased pressure of the United States and the West on China.China needs to focus on key directions,accelerate the achievement of high-level science and technology self-reliance,build a new system of open economy at a higher level,properly handle relations with key countries and regions,actively participate in global governance,enhance the voice of international discourse,and create more favorable conditions for its own development.
