基于导学关系的科研育人质量提升对策研究

Research on Improvement of Scientific Research Education Based on Guidance Relations

高校是学生思想政治教育的主阵地,也是高层次创新人才培养的主战场。构建科研育人质量提升体系是高校思想政治工作质量提升工程的重要组成部分。和谐的导学关系,有利于对研究生进行价值引领、精神塑造、能力提升和全面培养,是提升科研育人质量的重要着力点。从现阶段导学关系的普遍现状切入,分析得出代际鸿沟、目标分歧、沟通困境等主要成因,讨论如何从机制保障、氛围营造、平台搭建等方面着手构建和谐导学关系,对全面提升高校科研育人质量提出对策建议。

Colleges and universities are the main position of students’ideological and political education,and also the main battlefield of cultivating high-level innovative talents.The quality improvement system of scientific research and education is an important component of the quality improvement project of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The harmonious academic guidance relationship is conducive to the value guidance,spiritual shaping,ability improvement and comprehensive training of graduate students,and is an important focus to improve the quality of scientific research and education.Starting from the general situation of the guidance relationship,this paper analyzes the main causes of the intergenerational gap,goal difference and communication dilemma,discusses how to build a harmonious guidance relationship from the aspects of mechanism guarantee,atmosphere construction and platform construction,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for comprehensively improving the quality of scientific research and education in colleges and universities.
