面向新工科的科产教融合“3-3-3”人才培养路径构建——以南京工业大学能源与环境系统工程专业为例

摘要 新工科建设对新专业人才培养的创新性、交叉性与综合性提出了更高要求,其人才培养路径仍存在许多亟待补齐的短板。分析了新工科背景下能环类新专业“科产、科教与产教”融合存在的难题,提出了构建科产教融合的“3导向-3引领-3协同”人才培养新路径。以“科技创新—校企协同—人才共育”为主线,以专业前沿的科研教学创新实践基地为载体,联合校外、海外导师授课,贯通和夯实本科生人才培养链,提升新工科人才的创新能力、工程实践能力和国际竞争力。 The construction of new engineering disciplines has put forward higher requirements for the innovation,intersection,and comprehensiveness of talent cultivation in new majors.However,there are still many shortcomings in the talent cultivation path that need to be addressed urgently.This article analyzes the difficulties in the integration of“science and industry,science and education,and industry and education”in the context of new engineering majors,and proposes a new path for talent cultivation of“3-oriented 3-leading 3-collaborative”in the integration of science,industry and education.Taking“technological innovation-school enterprise collaboration-talent co-cultivation”as the main line,and using cutting-edge scientific research and teaching innovation practice bases as carriers,we will collaborate with external and overseas mentors to teach,connect and strengthen the undergraduate talent training chain,and enhance the innovation ability,engineering practice ability,and international competitiveness of new engineering talents.
