工程问题驱动的塑性成形专业毕业设计新模式

A Novel Final Year Project Mode of the Plastic Forming Major Driven by Engineering Problems

摘要 针对塑性成形专业毕业设计(论文)传统模式脱离生产实际、深度和广度不足、学生投入不足的问题,提出了以工程问题驱动的毕业设计(论文)新模式,构建了多口径并行的柔性选题机制、产学研合作的过程管控机制以及面向工程实际的质量评价机制,开展了为期三年的教学试点。结果表明,采用新型毕业设计(论文)模式后,学生的工程视野大幅拓宽、工程思维较大提升,对工程工具的掌握更加熟练,具备解决本领域复杂工程问题的能力,达到了工程教育专业认证的产出导向要求。 Aiming at the problems in traditional mode of final year project(thesis)of the plastic forming major,such as out of practice,insufficient depth and breadth,and insufficient devotion of the students,a new mode of final year project(thesis)of the plastic forming major driven by engineering problems was proposed in this study.Flexible topic selection mechanism paralleled by multi-channels,process control mechanism cooperated by industry-university-research,and quality evaluation mechanism oriented to engineering practice were established.A three-year teaching pilot was carried out.The results showed that after adopting the new final year project(thesis)mode,students’engineering vision and thinking had been greatly expanded,and their mastery of engineering tools had become more proficient.They possessed the ability to solve complex engineering problems in this field.And,the“outcome-based”requirements for professional certification of engineering education were achieved.
