基于中国节庆饮食的高校食品类专业劳动教育探索

Exploration on the Labor Education of Food Majors in Colleges and Universitieswith Chinese Festival Food

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,是高等学校人才培养体系的重要组成部分。中国传统节庆饮食作为中华优秀传统文化的一种重要表现形态,蕴含丰富的劳动教育资源,体现了食品专业的特色。构建新时代特征的节庆饮食劳动教育体系,对传承和弘扬中国传统节庆饮食文化、增强大学生民族文化自信、推动中国节庆饮食的创新发展具有重要意义。结合高等学校劳动教育的目标、内容、方法和评价,就中国传统节庆饮食融入高校食品类专业劳动教育课程探索进行论述。

Labor education,as well as being an important part of education system on Socialism with Chinese characteristics,is also a crucial component of talent training system in colleges and universities.As an important form of Chinese excellent traditional culture,traditional Chinese festival food contains rich labor education resources and reflects the characteristics of the food major.Building a festival food labor education system in the new era is the key to inheriting traditional Chinese festival food,improving students’self-confidence in national culture,promoting innovative development of Chinese festival food.Based on the goals,content,methods,and evaluation of labor education,this article discusses the exploration of integrating traditional Chinese festival food into labor education for food majors in colleges and universities.
