沸腾床渣油加氢裂化装置投产对蜡油加氢装置的影响 被引量:1

IMPACT OF START-UP OF EBULLATED-BED RESIDUE HYDROCRACKING UNIT ON VGO HYDROTREATER OPERATION

摘要 某炼化公司沸腾床渣油加氢裂化(H-oil)装置投产后,溶剂脱沥青装置的原料由常减压蒸馏装置洗涤油和减压渣油调整为H-oil未转化油,脱沥青油(DAO)性质由此发生变化,从而该炼化公司将DAO直接用作了重油催化裂化装置原料,而不再进2.0 Mt a蜡油加氢装置进行掺炼。对蜡油加氢装置掺炼DAO及停止掺炼DAO时的装置原料油、主要操作参数、产品性质、加氢反应器床层压差等进行了对比,结果表明,DAO停进蜡油加氢装置可明显改善装置原料性质,提高硫、氮等杂质脱除率,改善加氢蜡油产品性质,同时可降低加氢反应器床层压差,延长装置运行周期。 After the start-up of ebullated-bed residue hydrocracking(H-oil)unit,the raw materials of solvent deasphalting unit were adjusted from washing oil of vacuum distillate unit and vacuum residue to unconverted oil from H-oil unit,the properties of deasphalted oil(DAO)were changed.Through process optimization,DAO was stopped blending 2.0 Mt a vacuum gas oil(VGO)hydrotreating unit feed,and it was changed into the feed of residue fluid catalytic cracking unit directly.The operating parameters of VGO hydrotreating unit,the properties of feedstocks and products,and the presure difference of the hydrotreating reactor bed were compared and analyzed before and after stopping blending DAO.The results showed that the feedstocks and products properties,impurities such as sulfur and nitrogen removal rates and hydrotreating reactor bed pressure difference were improved significantly when DAO stopping into VGO hydrotreating unit,meanwhile the unit long-term operation length were extended.
