Comprehensive Cleaning Technology for the Steam and Water System of the Double Reheat Boiler during Construction Period

二次再热锅炉基建期间,要通过化学清洗、吹管和整套启动汽水品质优化3个阶段试运,达到清洁目的。现行二次再热锅炉吹管措施下,存在工期长、过热器吹管系数低、降压吹管次数多、稳压吹管超温严重等问题,吹管的噪声污染和排放损失大幅上升。为了解决吹管操控性差、性价比低的问题,高效地完成锅炉汽水系统的清洁工作,需对3个阶段的清洗措施进行改进:扩大化学清洗范围,为减少吹管创造条件;制定针对二次再热锅炉结构和参数特点的吹管措施,提高吹管效率;汽轮机冲转前,利用旁路系统进行大流量蒸汽吹扫,以清除吹管后产生的腐蚀物。通过统筹利用3种清洁工艺,既能降低吹管工作量,又能保证清洁质量,形成更具安全性、环保性、经济性的二次再热锅炉综合性清洁技术。

During the construction period of the double reheat boiler,the steam and water system should be cleaned by chemical cleaning,steam blowing and unit start-up steam water quality optimization three stages of trial operation.Under the current steam blowing measures of double reheat boiler,there are problems such as long construction period,low super-heater blowing coefficient,many times of reduced pressure steam blowing,serious over temperature of steady pressure steam blowing,the noise pollution and emission loss of steam blowing have increased substantially.In order to solve the problems of poor blowing control and low cost performance,and efficiently complete the boiler steam-water system cleaning work,the cleaning measures of the three stages are improved:Expanding the scope of chemical cleaning to create conditions for reducing the steam blowing;Formulating steam blowing measures for the structure and parameter characteristics of the double reheat boiler to improve the blowing efficiency;Before the steam turbine flushing,the bypass system is used for large flow steam purging to remove corrosion produced after the steam blowing.Through the overall use of three cleaning processes,it can not only reduce the workload of steam blowing,but also ensure the cleaning quality,forming a more safe,environmental friendly,economical double reheat boiler comprehensive cleaning technology.
