实施科研诚信分类评价是遵循科学研究本质的基本表现,基于成果导向理念审视科研诚信分类评价,有助于各科研主体开展科学研究评价工作。成果导向理念下的科研人员诚信评价工作强调科研人员在科技创新的过程中要始终保持诚信、秉持谨慎科学的精神,确保研究成果的真实、可信度,即确保贡献力度。随着社会的发展,科技创新成果越来越多,成果导向的理念也越来越被重视。然而,有些科研人员在科技创新中忽视诚信,导致成果被质疑。本文旨在针对该现象,综合成果导向理念,制定科研人员科研诚信评价标准,以提高科技创新的水平和质量。
