摘要
教师的有效指导是拓展幼儿游戏主题、丰富游戏内容、创新游戏形式的关键因素之一。分析幼儿角色游戏中教师的指导行为,找出其在角色游戏中存在的问题与原因,并提出有针对性和可行性的建议,以提高教师的职业素养与专业水平。
Teachers' effective guidance is one of the key factors to expand the themes of children's games,enrich game contents and innovate game forms.This paper analyzes teachers' guiding behaviors in young children's role play,finds out the problems and its reasons of teachers in the process of role play,and puts forward targeted and feasible suggestions to improve teachers' professional quality and level.
