摘要
伏硫西汀是一种新型抗抑郁药,通过调节5-HT受体和抑制5-HT转运蛋白的多模式活性发挥其治疗作用。近年来,由于其疗效显著,可改善患者日常社会功能与认知功能,降低抑郁复发风险,且安全性和耐受性良好,被广泛应用于临床治疗。基于此,本文综述了伏硫西汀药代动力学、基因多态性、治疗药物监测、药物相互作用及群体药代动力学研究现状,以期为后续研究及临床个体化用药提供参考。
Vortioxetine is a novel antidepressant that exerts its therapeutic effect by multimodal activity of regulating 5-HT receptors and inhibiting 5-HT transporters.In recent years,vortioxetine has been widely used in clinical treatment because of its significant efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions,and can improve the daily social and cognitive functions of patients,reducing the risk of depression relapse,with good safety and tolerability.This review focused on pharmacokinetics,genetic polymorphisms,therapeutic drug monitoring,drug-drug interactions and population pharmacokinetics of vortioxetine,in order to provide reference for future research and clinical individualized treatment.
