腹腔镜治疗在小儿疝气中的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment in children with hernia

目的探究在小儿疝气中应用腹腔镜治疗的效果。方法选取锦屏县人民医院2021年3月-2023年3月收治的86例疝气患儿,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=43例)行传统开腹手术,观察组(n=43例)行腹腔镜治疗,对比分析两组患儿手术相关指标、生存质量、术后并发症发生风险、临床疗效以及疾病复发率。结果观察组手术时间、术后禁食时间、术后活动时间、住院时间比对照组更短,术中出血量比对照组更少(P<0.05)。观察组生存质量(疼痛、食欲、精神、睡眠)评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率(对照组25.58%,观察组6.98%)相比,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(76.74%)(P<0.05)。观察组复发率0.00%比对照组的11.63%更低(P<0.05)。结论对小儿疝气患儿实施腹腔镜治疗的疗效确切,有助于减少术中出血量,加快患儿术后恢复速度,改善患儿生存质量,降低术后并发症发生风险,推广可行性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic treatment in children with hernia.Methods 86 cases of children with hernia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into groups by random number table method.The control group(n=43 cases)underwent traditional laparotomy,and the observation group(n=43 cases)Laparoscopic treatment was performed,and the operation-related indicators,quality of life,risk of postoperative complications,clinical efficacy and disease recurrence rate were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The operation,postoperative fasting,postoperative activities,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life(pain,appetite,spirit,sleep)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(25.58%in the control group and 6.98%in the observation group)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(76.74%)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 0.00%lower than that of the control group(11.63%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of children with hernia has a definite curative effect,which can help reduce intraoperative blood loss,speed up postoperative recovery,improve children's quality of life,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.The feasibility of popularization is high.
