综合康复治疗对老年缺血性脑卒中患者肢体功能、生活质量、VEGF的影响

Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation on limb function,quality of life and VEGF in elderly patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨运用综合康复治疗方式对老年缺血性脑卒中患者进行临床诊疗,对其肢体功能、生活质量、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法在2021年10月-2022年12月嘉善县第二人民医院神经内科就诊的缺血性脑卒中患者中选取老年患者98例,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组(56例)和对照组(42例),对照组患者采取常规康复治疗,观察组以综合康复治疗方式实施临床诊疗,比较两组患者治疗前后肢体功能、生活质量及VEGF水平的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后上、下肢FuglMeyer运动功能量表(FMA)的评分与治疗前相比,均可见提高(P<0.05),且观察组患者上、下肢FMA评分比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后两组改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分相比治疗前均有提高(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组MBI评分较高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后VEGF水平较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),观察组VEGF水平明显高于对照组,经统计学计算,具有差异(P<0.05)。结论以综合康复治疗方式对缺血性脑卒中患者实施临床治疗,治疗后患者肢体功能、生活质量、VEGF水平等均有所改善,适宜推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of clinical diagnosis and treatment of elderly ischemic stroke patients using comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,on limb function,quality of life,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with ischemic stroke who attended the Department of Neurology of the Second People's Hospital of Jiashan County from October 2021 to December 2022 were enrolled,56 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group were selected according to different treatment methods,and the patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group carried out clinical diagnosis and treatment of the patients by comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and the changes of limb function,quality of life and VEGF level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the pre-treatment Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA),the scores of the upper and lower limb Fugl-Meyer(FMA)in both groups were improved(P<0.05),and the upper and lower limb FMA scores in the observation group were slightly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel index(MBI)score was improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the MBI score in the observation group was higher between the two groups(P<0.05).The level of VEGF in the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of VEGF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment method is used to treat ischemic stroke patients,and the limb function,quality of life and VEGF level of patients can be improved after treatment,which is suitable for promotion and application.
