糖皮质激素联合抗风湿类药物治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效和安全性观察

Efficacy and safety observation of glucocorticoids combined with antirheumatic drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的评价糖皮质激素+抗风湿类药物在类风湿关节炎中的应用价值。方法选择山东省平邑县保太镇卫生院2022年5月-2023年5月68例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,使用随机平行方法平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组使用糖皮质激素+抗风湿类药物,对照组使用抗风湿类药物,对比两组的临床疗效。结果①两组治疗效果比较,P<0.05。②治疗前两组炎症因子指标比较,P>0.05;治疗后两组该方面指标比较,P<0.05。③治疗前两组疼痛评分情况比较,P>0.05;治疗后两组该项指标比较,P<0.05。④两组临床有关指标比较,P<0.05。结论类风湿关节炎使用糖皮质激素+抗风湿类药物的治疗效果和安全性均可得到保障。

Objective To evaluate the application value of glucocorticoids and antirheumatic drugs in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 68 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random parallel method.The experimental group used glucocorticoids+anti-rheumatic drugs,the control group used anti-rheumatoid drugs,the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results①Comparison of treatment effect between the two groups,P<0.05.②Comparison of inflammatory factor indexes between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;after treatment,the index of the two groups was compared,P<0.05.③Comparison of pain scores between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;after treatment,the index was compared between the two groups,P<0.05.④Comparison of relevant clinical indexes between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The efficacy and safety of glucocorticoids plus antirheumatic drugs in rheumatoid arthritis can be guaranteed.
