面神经麻痹患者生命质量水平及其相关影响因素分析

Quality of life and related influencing factors in patients with facial palsy

目的分析面神经麻痹患者生命质量水平及其相关影响因素。方法选取乐平市中医医院2021年1月-2022年9月收治的89例面神经麻痹患者,用中文版临床面部评价量表(FaCE)评价患者生命质量水平,调查患者相关资料,对比不同资料患者生命质量水平,分析面神经麻痹患者生命质量水平的相关影响因素。结果89例面神经麻痹患者平均FaCE评分为(40.58±5.63)分,患者生命质量水平低下;经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,月收入<3000元、在职、心理状况较差、家庭关怀度低下、消极应对是面神经麻痹患者生命质量水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论面神经麻痹患者生命质量水平低下,受月收入、职业状态、心理状况、家庭关怀度、应对方式因素影响,可据此制定护理方案,以期提高患者生命质量水平。

Objective To analyze the quality of life of patients with facial palsy and its related influencing factors.Methods A total of 89 patients with facial palsy admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected to evaluate the quality of life of the patients using the Chinese version of Clinical FaCE Assessment Scale(FaCE).Relevant data of the patients were investigated,and the quality of life of patients with different data were compared to analyze the related influencing factors of the quality of life of patients with facial palsy.Results The average FaCE score of 89 patients with facial palsy was(40.58±5.63),the quality of life of the patients was low.After multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that monthly income<3000 yuan,employment,poor psychological status,low degree of family care,negative coping were the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with facial palsy(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with facial palsy is low,which is affected by monthly income,occupational status,psychological status,family caring degree and coping style.Nursing programs can be formulated according to this,in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
