摘要
目的研究以临床能力培养为目标的《推拿治疗学》课程教学模式改革策略。方法随机选取天津中医药大学于2022年9月-2023年7月期间参与《推拿治疗学》课程学习的98名中医专业学生,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各49例;对照组采用常规教学方法,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于临床能力培养的教学方法,对比两组的考试成绩、推拿临床实践能力和满意度。结果研究组的成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的推拿临床实践能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组对教学方法满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在《推拿治疗学》课程教学中加强临床能力培养,能有效提高学生的推拿临床能力,得到学生的好评,可为《推拿治疗学》课程教学提供借鉴。
Objective To study the teaching reform strategy of"Tuina Therapy"with the aim of cultivating clinical ability.Methods 98 students majoring in Chinese medicine in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who participated in the course of Tuina Therapeutics from September 2022 to July 2023 were randomly selected and divided into control group and study group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the research group adopted the teaching method based on clinical ability cultivation on the basis of the control group.The test scores,clinical practice ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The score of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The clinical practice ability of massage in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the training of clinical ability in the course of"Massage therapy"can effectively improve students'clinical ability of massage therapy,and get students'praise,which can provide reference for the course of"massage therapy".
