多学科联合健康教育路径对老年糖尿病患者的效果分析

摘要 目的探讨多学科联合健康教育路径对老年糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法选取江西省人民医院2019年6月-2021年8月收治的120例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按患者入院单尾号分组,单号纳入对照组,双号纳入观察组,两组均60例;对照组予以常规健康教育,观察组予以多学科联合健康教育路径;对比两组血糖水平[空腹血糖水平(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)]、自我护理能力[以糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评估]、糖尿病知识掌握度及满意度。结果出院当天,观察组FPG、PBG水平较对照组低,SDSCA评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病知识总掌握度、总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者采用多学科联合健康教育路径可提高血糖控制效果,改善患者自我护理能力,提升糖尿病知识掌握度与满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary joint health education on elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 120 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to August 2021 were selected.According to the number of patients admitted to the hospital,single tail single number was given to the control group and double number was given to the observation group,with 60 cases in each group;the control group received routine health education,while the observation group received a multidisciplinary joint health education pathway;the blood glucose level[Fasting blood glucose sugar(FPG),postprandial blood glucose at 2 hours(PBG)],self-care ability[diabetes self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)],diabetes knowledge mastery and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results On the day of discharge,the levels of FPG and PBG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the SDSCA score was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total mastery of diabetes knowledge and total satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with diabetes can improve the effect of blood glucose control,improve their selfcare ability,and enhance their knowledge and satisfaction with diabetes by adopting multidisciplinary joint health education path.
