肌筋膜触发点针罐联合热敏灸治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征效果研究

Effect of myofascial trigger point acupuncture pot combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on myofascial pain syndrome

目的探究肌筋膜触发点(MTrPs)针罐联合热敏灸治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月-2021年7月江西省新余市中医院收治的60例MPS患者,按照随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用针刺MTrPs疗法治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合拔罐、热敏点艾灸治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率、治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和复发率。结果观察组患者治疗后临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应情况。结论MTrPs针罐联合热敏灸能有效改善MPS患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛,降低疾病的复发率,治疗效果较好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of myofascial trigger point(MTrPs)acupuncture and pot combined with heatsensitive moxibustion in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).Methods A total of 60 MPS patients admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and MTrPs therapy,and the observation group was treated with cupping and heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)after treatment and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS score of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion MTrPs acupuncture and moxibustion combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of MPS patients,relieve pain,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,the therapeutic effect is good,worthy of promotion.
