基于数据库的经编机故障诊断与查询系统开发

摘要 针对经编车间生产情况复杂,无法及时获取机器运行维护状态的问题,结合实际需要,采用B/S开发结构、SQL Server数据库、C#编程语言、ASP.NET Web应用程序等软件,开发一款基于SQL数据库的经编机故障诊断与查询系统。重点论述该系统框架结构、数据库建立与条件约束、Web应用端开发与设计,并对系统所使用关键技术进行详细阐述。系统基于数据库和互联网,可满足企业管理者对经编机运行状况的实时查询与监控,对机器故障信息的诊断和查询,为企业生产提供便利,对管理者做决策具有重要意义。 In view of the problem that the production situation of the warp knitting workshop is complex and the operation and maintenance status of the machine is difficult to obtain in time,according to the actual needs,it developed a malfunction diagnosis and query system based on SQL database by using B/S development structure,SQL Server database,C# programming language,ASP.NET Web application and other software.This paper focused on the framework of the system,the establishment of database and constraints,the development and design of Web application,and described the key technology used by the system in detail.The results show that the system is based on database and Internet,which can meet the needs of enterprise managers to query and monitor the running status of warp knitting machine in real time,diagnose and query the fault information of machine,and provide convenience for enterprise production and development,and play an important role for managers to make decisions.
