Dralon超细旦腈纶防水舒适面料的研发

摘要 以Dralon超细旦腈纶、黏胶和棉为原料,开发新型轻薄保暖面料,并进行浸轧防水整理。对防水整理前后的织物进行透气性、保暖性、防水性能、抗起毛起球等试验。通过模糊综合决策确定性能最优的面料原料配比。结果表明,织物在经过防水整理后,纤维较好地被防水层弹性膜包裹;防水等级均在4.0级以上,多次水洗后防水等级略有下降;织物的透气性和保暖性能变化较小,抗起毛起球性略有下降。 Using Dralon superfine acrylic fiber,viscose fiber and cotton fiber as raw materials,a new type of light and thin thermal fabric was developed,and the padding waterproof finishing was carried out.The permeability,warmth retention,waterproof performance and pilling resistance of the fabric before and after waterproof finishing were tested and compared.Finally,the optimal ratio of fabric raw materials was determined by fuzzy comprehensive decision.The results show that the fiber of the fabric is well wrapped by the elastic film of the waterproof layer after waterproof finishing.The waterproof grade of the fabric is above 4.0,and the waterproof grade decreases slightly after multiple washing.The air permeability and warmth retention change little,and the pilling resistance decreases slightly.
