经编全成形打底裙的结构设计与工艺

Structure Design and Technology of Warp Knitted Fully-fashioned Bottom Skirt

针织打底连衣裙是女性日常穿着裙装款式的重要组成部分,常规打底裙采用衣片制版、面料裁剪缝制等传统服装加工工序,对经编成形打底裙产品的设计开发较少。文章在分析打底裙分类与特点的基础上,进行经编全成形斜肩打底裙款式的设计与开发,具体从经编全成形打底裙的规格尺寸、款式设计、工艺参数设置以及后整理工序等方面,阐述经编全成形斜肩打底连衣裙的结构设计与工艺实现方法,为经编全成形打底裙的系列产品设计开发提供参考。

Knitted bottom dress is an important part of women's daily dress style.Conventional bottom dress adopts traditional garment processing processes such as plate making,fabric cutting and sewing,but there is very little design and research of warp knitted bottom dress products.In this paper,based on analyzing the bottom dress classification and characteristics,it designs and develops the warp knitted fully-fashioned sloping shoulder rendered skirt.From the warp knitted fully-fashioned skirt size,style design,process parameter settings and finishing process aspects,it expounds the method to realize the structure design and process of the warp knitted fully-fashioned sloping shoulder rendered dress,which provides reference for the design and development of the followed series of products of warp knitted fully-fashioned bottom skirt.
