国外多语言公共数字文化服务平台的特点与思考

Characteristics and Reflections on Foreign Multilingual Public Digital Cultural Service Platforms

[目的/意义]对国外多语言公共数字文化服务平台进行调研与分析,探寻适合我国多语言公共数字文化服务平台的构建策略。[方法/过程]在国内外已有相关平台调研的基础上,选取国外7个公共数字文化服务平台作为研究案例,利用5S模型构建分析框架:社会—资源—服务—技术,并在此框架下进行多案例的对比与研究分析。[结论/结果]提出联合政府建立联盟性质的多语言公共数字文化服务平台,借助丰富的多语言资源提供多模态的多语言服务,以及摆脱技术应用的固定思维抓住新技术带来的机遇的建议。

[Purpose/Significance]To investigate and analyze foreign multilingual public digital cultural service platforms is to explore the construction strategy of that in China.[Method/Process]On the basis of the relevant platforms research at home and abroad,seven foreign public digital cultural service platforms were selected as research cases,and the 5s model was used to construct a society-resources-services-technology analysis framework.Multiple case comparisons and research analyses were conducted under this framework.[Result/Conclusion]This paper proposes to establish a multilingual public digital culture service platform in alliance with government,to provide multimodal multilingual services with rich multilingual resources,and to get rid of the fixed mindset of technology application and seize the opportunities brought by new technologies.
