摘要
教师的专业化程度可以由其“教材二次开发能力”的水平做出一定范围内的判断。在文献分析的基础上,从“教材二次开发”的内涵和本质出发,构建出具有4个维度、5个指标和15个不同水平的“化学教师教材二次开发能力评价体系”,再通过赋分使该体系由定性走向定量,提高其可行性,最后通过案例分析介绍了该体系的运用。
Teachers' professional competence can be judged within a certain range by their secondary development of teaching materials. Based on a literature review, the paper constructs an “evaluation system of secondary development ability for chemistry teachers” from the connotation and essence of “secondary development of teaching materials”. The new system includes four dimensions, five indicators and fifteen different levels. Besides, giving each criterion a specific score leads the system from a qualitative evaluation to a quantitative one and endows it with more feasibility. Finally, the application of the system is introduced through some case studies.
