后“撤点并校”时代农村小规模学校发展现状与对策研究——以S省4所小学为例

摘要 “撤点并校”使乡村学校布局发生质的改变。以后“撤点并校”时代为背景,从生源、基础设施建设、师资队伍与教学质量四个方面探究S省4所农村小规模学校发展的现状及困境,发现城镇化进程加快、重视度不足、财政经费不足与资源配置不均等问题掣肘其发展。对此,应顺势而为,给予足够的重视,理顺管理体制;加大经费支持力度;完善教师管理制度;多措并举提升农村小规模学校教育质量,以促进其健康可持续发展。 "Removal and merging of schools"has changed the layout of rural schools qualitatively.Taking the period after"removal and merging of schools"as the background,this paper probes into the status quo and dilemmas of the development of the 4 rural small-scale schools in S province from four aspects,i.e.,student source,infrastructure construction,teaching staff and teaching quality.It is found that the accelerated urbanization process,weak attention,insufficient financial funds and uneven allocation of resources have hindered its development.In this regard,it should follow the trend,and pay enough attention to straighten out the management system;increase financial support;improve the teacher management system;take multiple measures simultaneously to improve the education quality of rural small-scale schools to promote their healthy and sustainable development.
