“双减”背景下教学提质的价值探析与路径选择

摘要 “双减”政策是我国为义务教育阶段学生减轻学业负担而采取的一项重大战略举措。随着政策落地,教学质量成为焦点。学业负担过度化与校外培训资本化是校内教育低质量的外显表现,提高教学质量迫在眉睫,推动学校实施教学提质工程,急需厘清提质的逻辑,挖掘其价值。义务教育阶段,提高育人质量,构建良好的育人环境,需要家庭教育配合学校教学、课后服务辅助学校教学、课堂教学与作业管理赋能学校教学。 "Double reduction"policy is an important strategic measure taken by China to reduce students"studying burden in the stage of compulsory education.With the implementation of this policy,teaching quality has become the focus.The excessive studying burden and the capitalization of after-school training are the external manifestations of the low-quality school education,so it is urgent to improve the teaching quality.It is pressing to clarify the logic of school teaching quality improvement and explore its value to promote the implementation of this project.In the stage of compulsory education,to improve the education quality and build a favourable education environment,it is necessary for family education to cooperate with school teaching,afterschool service to assist school teaching,and classroom teaching and homework management to empower school teaching.
