摘要
编辑和教师在职业特点上具有创新性、规范性、长期性等共性,职业内涵的相似性决定了二者职业发展要求上的相似性。借鉴教师师徒制的研究成果可以提升编辑师徒制的有效性,应关注师徒双方的职业发展,完善编辑师徒制的指导内容、方式和评价体系,注重理论研究和实证研究相结合,合理利用跨学科理论研究成果。
Editors and teachers have similarities in their professional characteristics such as innovation,standardization and long-term,which determines the similarity of their professional development requirements.The research results of the teacher-mentorship system can provide references to improve the effectiveness of the editor-mentorship system.It is needed to pay attention to the career development of both mentors and apprentices,improve the guidance content,methods and evaluation system of editor-mentorship system,focus on the combination of theoretical and empirical research,and make use of interdisciplinary theoretical research results reasonably.
