摘要
随着城镇化发展,建设项目为追求土地最大化利用,将地下室满铺设计,留给室外管网布置空间较小,对室外排水管网敷设带来不小挑战。如何在有限的空间内,敷设好室外管网及构筑物,成为项目给排水成功实施的关键。对于场地高差不大的下沉广场,在降雨时采用水泵提升排水,排水安全有保证,但相对重力排水较为耗能,因此可开发一种兼顾排水安全和节能的下沉广场排水系统。对在实践过程中碰到的几类室外雨水排水问题做了总结归纳,并提出了针对性解决措施。
With the development of urbanization,construction projects aim to maximize land use by fully laying the basement,leaving less space for outdoor drainage network layout,which poses significant challenges to the installation of outdoor drainage network.How to lay outdoor pipe networks and structures in limited space becomes the key to the successful implementation of projects.For sunken squares with small elevation differences,water pumps are used to lift drainage during rainfall,ensuring drainage safety.However,relative gravity drainage is more energy-efficient.Therefore,a sunken square drainage system that balances drainage safety and energy conservation can be developed.Based on engineering practice,this paper summarizes several types of outdoor rainwater drainage problems encountered in the process of practice,and puts forward specific solutions.
