摘要
重力流引水工程,尾部一般采用调流阀实现流量控制和消能。鄂西南某引水工程自水库取水输送至城区主力水厂,输送距离约25km,水库常水位与水厂高程相差约280m,若仍采用调流阀消能将造成极大水头浪费。针对高落差实际情况,本工程在中途设置消能电站进行减压,电站装机容量8MW,年发电量达6235万kW·h,单位电能投资仅1.6元/(kW·h),充分利用了水资源,具有良好的经济效益。
For gravity flow diversion projects,pressure regulating valves are generally used at the tail to achieve flow control and energy dissipation.A water diversion project in southwestern Hubei Province takes water from the reservoir and transports it to the main water plant in the urban area.The transportation distance is about 25 km.The difference between the normal water level of the reservoir and the elevation of the water plant is about 280 m.If the pressure regulating valve is still used for energy dissipation,it will cause a great waste of water head.In view of the actual situation of high drop,energy dissipation power stations are set up in the middle of the project to reduce pressure.The installed capacity of the power station is 8 MW,the annual power generation is 62.35 million kW·h,and the investment in unit electric energy is only¥1.6/(kW·h),which makes full use of water resources and has good economic benefits.
