摘要
本研究基于我国30个省份2016—2020年均值数据,以高等教育人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新、国际交流合作五大职能,构建高等教育高质量指标体系;采用熵值法和模糊集定性比较分析法,探究五个条件变量下高等教育高质量发展的联动效应及其路径选择。研究发现:三条高质量发展路径中,科学研究与国际交流合作作为核心条件出现,呈现地区多为东部和中部;三条非高质量发展路径中,科学研究、社会服务、国际交流合作作为核心条件缺失,多呈现于西部地区,存在少数中部地区,福建作为唯一的东部地区出现。依据各地区高等教育核心条件完备情况和所处组态类型,为高等教育高质量发展提出对策建议。
Based on the average data of 30 provinces in China from 2016 to 2020,this study aims to construct a high-quality indicator system of higher education through five major functions:talent cultivation,scientific re-search,social service,cultural inheritance and innovation,and international exchange and cooperation;Using the entropy method and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method,it explore the linkage effect and path se-lection of high-quality development of higher education under five conditional variables.It has found that among the three high-quality development paths,scientific research and international exchange and cooperation have e-merged as the core conditions,with most of the regions being the eastern and central regions;Among the three infe-rior quality development paths,scientific research,social services,and international exchange and cooperation are missing as core conditions,mostly present in the western region,with a few in the central region and Fujian as the only eastern region.Based on the completeness of core conditions and configuration types of higher education in vari-ous regions,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of higher education.
