中国院校研究二十年主题范畴与发展特点——基于中国院校研究年会主题的分析

The Theme Category and Development Characteristics of Chinese Institutional Research in 20 years——Based on the Analysis of the CIR Annual Theme

摘要 整理分析十九次院校研究年会主题发现,中国院校研究主要集中在院校研究理论与方法、教学改革、高校管理、人才培养和教育质量五大范畴,而学科建设议题是与我国“双一流”建设背景相吻合的新议题。根据院校研究年会议题划分,院校研究的发展大体分为院校研究的研究、院校研究的实践探索和初步规范化、以及院校研究的规范化与初步成熟三个阶段。在二十余年的制度化过程中,中国院校研究的“变”主要表现在:机构设置形式多变;院校研究者流动多变和阶段性研究任务持续在变。其“不变”主要表现在,院校研究赖以生存的高校内部治理环境不变;提高高校治理水平的宗旨不变;以及院校研究的基本职责不变。但总体上,院校研究还没有形成自己的职业资格认证体系,而走向职业化是新时代院校研究更好地服务我国高校高质量发展的关键所在。 Analyzing the theme of nineteen annual research conferences of CIR,it found that CIR is mainly concentrated in five categories of CIR theory and method,teaching reform,university management,personnel train-ing and education quality;and the subject construction issue is a new issue consistent with the background of our Chinese"double first-class"construction.According to the topics of the annual conference,the development of in-stitutional research can be generally divided into the following three stages:the research of institutional research,the practice exploration and preliminary standardization of institutional research,and the standardization and pre-liminary maturity of institutional research.In the process of institutionalization of more than 20 years,the"change'of the CIR is mainly manifested in that the form of institutional setup is changeable,the mobility of the researchers of IR is changeable and the phased research task is continuously changed;its"invariability"is mainly manifested in that the internal governance environment of the university on which IR depends for survival remains unchanged,the purpose of improving the governance level of the university remains unchanged,and the basic responsibility of IR remains unchanged.As a profession,CIR has not formed its own qualification certification system,but it is the key to the high-quality development of colleges and universities to serve better in the new era of IR.
