摘要
人参皂苷Rg_(3)(ginsenoside Rg_(3),Rg_(3))是人参中主要的活性成分之一,具有广泛的药理活性,尤其在抗肿瘤研究方面备受关注。然而,Rg_(3)在水中溶解度差和生物利用度低等问题极大地限制了Rg_(3)的临床应用。纳米给药系统在改善Rg_(3)水溶性差、延缓Rg_(3)体内代谢等方面取得了一定的进展,并已开发出具有不同诊疗功能的Rg_(3)纳米药物,显著提高了Rg_(3)的抗癌效果。通过对近年来Rg_(3)纳米药物及其在抗肿瘤方面的研究进行综述,为Rg_(3)的进一步研究提供参考。
Ginsenoside Rg_(3)(Rg_(3))is one of the main active ingredients in ginseng and has a wide range of pharmacological activities,especially in the field of antitumor.However,the poor solubility and low bioavailability of Rg_(3) in water have greatly limited the clinical application of Rg_(3).Nano drug delivery systems have made progress in improving the poor water solubility of Rg_(3) and delaying the metabolism of Rg_(3) in vivo,and have developed Rg_(3) nanodrugs with different therapeutic functions,which have significantly improved the anti-cancer effect of Rg_(3).In this paper,the recent research of Rg_(3) nanomedicine and its application in antitumor was reviewed to provide a reference for further research on Rg_(3).
