铝蜂窝结构在装配式卫生间中应用模拟分析

摘要 针对三亚中央商务区企业孵化基地项目中装配式整体卫生间中采用的铝蜂窝-聚氨酯复合材料防水底板和墙体板材进行Abaqus数值模拟,充分考虑施工和使用情况,采用均布荷载模拟大型设备静置和集中荷载模拟单点吊挂重物的情况,分析得到在施加20 t·m^(-2)和800 kN集中荷载下的应力分布、位移分布、最大应力和最大位移。 Abaqus numerical simulation was carried out for the aluminum honeycomb-polyurethane composite waterproof bottom plate and wall plate used in the prefabricated integral bathroom in the enterprise incubation base project of Sanya Central Business District.Taking the construction and use situation into full consideration,the uniform load was used to simulate the static position of large equipment and the concentrated load was used to simulate the situation of single point hanging heavy objects.The stress distribution,displacement distribution,maximum stress and maximum displacement under the concentrated load of 20 t·m-2 and 800 kN are analyzed.
