“左”右倾含义之辨及对当前反倾向斗争的若干思考

开展反倾向斗争,是建党以来、新中国成立以来意识形态领域斗争的重要内容,有着极其重大的思想政治理论意义与现实意义。右或“左”有其特定的政治理论内涵,在国际共产主义运动和中国革命的不同历史阶段有着不同的表现与特征。要注意区分左和右以及左与“左”,注意区分重大政治原则问题、思想认识问题和学术观点问题。面对严重威胁我国意识形态安全和国家政权安全的反马克思主义思潮,要本着实事求是的原则开展反倾向斗争。要避免“左”左不分,避免照搬西方概念,不能以批判“民粹”为名误导舆论斗争,激化社会矛盾。要坚持具体问题具体分析,科学研判舆情特点和意识形态状况。要坚持百花齐放、百家争鸣的方针,只要不违背党的基本理论、基本路线、基本方略,不违背党的政治立场、政治原则、政治方向,不违背国家法律、社会道德、学术规范,就应当允许学术界舆论界自由地讨论,允许批评与反批评。要高度警惕和批判各种错误观点和错误倾向,做到防微杜渐、防患于未然,同时积极弘扬社会正能量,践行社会主义核心价值观,积极稳妥地开展意识形态工作,建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态,巩固全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础。

Carrying out anti-tendency struggles against the Right or“Left”has been an important aspect of ideological struggle since the founding of the Communist Party of China,and has extremely significant theoretical and practical significance in ideology and politics.The Right or“Left”has its specific political and theoretical connotation,which has different manifestations and characteristics in different historical stages of the international communist movement and the Chinese revolution.Attention should be paid to distinguishing between Left and Right,as well as between Left and“Left”,and to distinguishing major political principles,ideological awareness,and academic viewpoints.Faced with the serious threat to China’s ideological and political security and the anti-Marxist trend of thought,we must carry out the anti-tendency struggle based on the principle of seeking truth from facts.We should avoid the separation of Left and“Left”,avoid copying Western concepts,and not mislead public opinion struggles and intensify social conflicts under the pretext of criticizing“populism”.We must adhere to specific analysis of specific issues,scientifically study and judge the characteristics of public opinion and ideological status.To adhere to the policy of letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend,as long as it does not violate the Party’s basic theory,line,and strategy,does not violate the Party’s political stance,principles,and direction,and does not violate national laws,social morality,and academic norms,the academic and public opinion circles should be allowed to freely discuss and criticize or counter criticize.We must be highly vigilant and critical of various erroneous views and tendencies,and strive to avoid small mistakes and prevent them from happening.At the same time,we should actively promote the positive energy of society,practice the core socialist values,actively and steadily carry out ideological work,build a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leadership,and consolidate the common ideological foundation for the unity and struggle of the entire Party and people of all ethnic groups in the country.
