面向制造的三维装配工艺设计技术应用

摘要 文章结合轨道车辆装配工艺特点,在定制三维装配工艺规划软件环境中开展面向制造的三维装配工艺设计应用。三维装配工艺设计将三维模型与产品的设计信息、工艺信息、制造信息等集成为一体,通过人机交互,使得作业人员能够更好地把握装配作业要求,提高装配作业效率及准确率。同时,三维装配工艺设计的落地应用,驱动企业打破信息“孤岛”,贯通上下游数据传递路径,将三维数模作为产品全生命周期中的唯一数据来源。 In this paper,according to the characteristics of rail vehicle assembly process,the application of 3D assembly process design for manufacturing is carried out in the software environment of customized 3D assembly process planning.3D assembly process design integrates 3D model with product design information,process information and manufacturing information.Through man-machine interaction,the operators can have better grasp of the requirements of assembly work,assembly eficiency and accuracy can also be improved.At the same time,the application of 3D assembly process design drives the enterprise to break the"Island"of information,connects the upstream and downstream data transfer path,and takes 3D digital model as the only data source in the whole product life cycle.
