Higher education institutions are the main force in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and Liaoning has rich university resources.How to improve the ability of Liaoning universities to transform scientific and technological achievements is the research focus of this article.Based on this,the article focuses on improving the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning universities,compares and analyzes the current situation and problems that need to be solved in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning universities,and elaborates on strategies to improve the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning universities from four aspects.
