中药热奄包联合足三里按摩对急性化脓性阑尾炎术后胃肠功能的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot pack combined with Zusanli massage on gastrointestinal function after acute suppurative appendicitis surgery

目的探讨急性化脓性阑尾炎术后中药热奄包联合足三里按摩对胃肠功能的影响。方法选取深圳市中西医结合医院胃肠外科开展的腹腔镜阑尾切除手术,且术后通过病理明确为急性化脓性阑尾炎的200例患者作为研究对象,住院时间为2020年7月至2022年7月。依据随机数字表分为对照组、中药热奄包外敷组、足三里穴位按摩组、中药热奄包外敷联合足三里穴位按摩组(观察组)各50例。观察患者腹痛腹胀缓解情况,恶心呕吐症状缓解情况,术后肠鸣音恢复时间,术后肛门排气、排便恢复时间,住院时间。结果与对照组、中药热奄包外敷组、足三里穴位按摩组相比较,中药热奄包外敷联合足三里穴位按摩组(观察组)患者的腹痛腹胀缓解时间、恶心呕吐缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、第1次肛门排气排便时间、住院时间均明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论急性化脓性阑尾炎术后患者使用中药热奄包联合足三里按摩能够缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,促进术后尽快康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot pack combined with Zusanli massage on gastrointestinal function after acute suppurative appendicitis surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of Shenzhen Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and were confirmed by pathology after surgery were selected as study subjects,and the length of hospital stay was from July 2020 to July 2022.According to random number table,they were divided into control group,traditional Chinese medicine hot pack external application group,Zusanli acupoint massage group,traditional Chinese medicine hot pack external application combined with Zusanli acupoint massage group(observation group),with 50 cases in each group.And then,the relief of abdominal pain and distension,nausea and vomiting symptoms,the recovery time of postoperative bowel sound,the recovery time of postoperative anal exhaust and defecation,and the length of stay were observed among the patients.Results Compared with the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine hot pack external application group and Zusanli acupoint massage group,the relief of abdominal pain and distension,nausea and vomiting symptoms,the recovery time of postoperative bowel sound,the recovery time of postoperative anal exhaust and defecation,and the length of stay in the traditional Chinese medicine hot pack external application combined with Zusanli acupoint massage group(observation group)were significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot pack combined with Zusanli massage can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis after surgery,which can promote the recovery as soon as possible after surgery.
