职业教育元宇宙的应用场景、现实困境与消解路径 被引量:4

摘要 元宇宙技术生态与职业教育的深度融合,为职业教育改革创新迎来了突破点。从技术应用论和社会空间论出发,科学界定职业教育元宇宙的概念,总结出其四类内涵特征:学习的主体性转变、群体的开放性感知、实践的虚实性融合和流程的一体式建构。以此为基础构建了职业教育元宇宙四种应用场景:三全育人的虚拟信息载体、教学创新的融合共享平台、技能发展的创新演练环境和产教融合的开放协作空间。同时阐释四种应用场景中存在的现实困境和伦理风险:育人目标难落实和多种教育难融合、学生沉迷诱惑产生依赖和伦理隐私未规定、技术算法有压力和操作成本过高、资本膨胀被绑架和校企协作未一致。并提出解决思路与路径,对职业教育元宇宙的深度应用提供参考指南,推动职业教育数字化转型可持续发展。 The deep integration of meta-verse technology ecology and vocational education ushered in a breakthrough for the reform and innovation of vocational education.This paper first defines the concept of meta-verse of vocational education from technology application theory and social space theory.Then,the research summarizes its four types of connotation features:subjective transformation of learning,groups'openness perception,virtual-real integration of practice and integrated construction of process.Based on this,four dfferent application scenarios of meta-verse of vocational education are constructed.They include virtual information carrier for all staff,whole process,and all-round education,integration and sharing plaform for teaching innovation,innovative exercise environment for skill development and industry-led training.The four application scenarios are a virtual information carrier for all staff,whole process,and all-round education,an integrated sharing platform for teaching innovation,an innovative exercise environment for skill development and an open collaborative space for industry-education integration.The realistic dilemmas and ethical risks in the four application scenarios are also summarized.They are that dfficult to implement the goal of education and dfficult to integrate multiple education,addiction and dependence and unregulated ethical privacy,pressure on technical algorithms and high operating costs,kidnapped capital expansion and inconsistent school-enterprise collaboration.Finally,the article proposes solutions and pathways,providing a reference guide for the deep application of vocational education metaverse and promoting the sustainable development of vocational education digital transformation.
