某小区居民楼因一侧墙体出现不同程度的开裂及房屋整体倾斜现象,影响该楼小区居民的正常生活。基于此,文中对该栋楼进行检测鉴定,主要方法包括外观质量损伤调查、材料性能检测、房屋倾斜测量、承载力计算,最后对该建筑结构安全现状进行安全性鉴定评级,评定该居民楼结构的安全性等级为Dsu级。

A residential building in a certain community has experienced varying degrees of cracking on one side of the wall and overall tilting of the house,which affects the normal life of residents in the building.Based on this,the article conducts inspection and identification of the building,mainly through methods such as appearance quality damage investigation,material performance testing,building inclination measurement,and bearing capacity calculation.Finally,the safety status of the building structure is evaluated and the safety level of the residential building structure is rated as Dsu level.
