摘要
文中以某高校学生宿舍项目试桩工程为例,结合旋挖钻孔灌注桩的施工过程,分析了单桩竖向抗压极限承载力、桩身内力等测试结果的变化,为工程桩施工提出了相应的改进措施。研究表明,个别灌注桩桩顶加固不到位导致桩头破坏,单桩竖向抗压极限承载力偏低;场地存在深厚淤泥层,旋挖桩施工时,采取长护筒有利于加快成桩速度并保证桩身质量;根据桩身内力测试结果分析,个别桩基在不利土层存在扩径、缩径等情况。
Taking the pile testing project of a student dormitory project in a certain university as an example,combined with the construction process of rotary drlling cast-in-place piles,the article analyzes the changes in the test results of the vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity and internal force of the pile body of a single pile,and proposes corresponding improvement measures for the construction of engineering piles.The study shows that:the top reinforcement of individual bored piles is not in place,which leads to the destruction of pile head,and the vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity of individual piles is low;there is a deep silt layer on the site,and the adoption of long casing during the construction of rotary drlled piles is helpful to accelerate the piling speed and ensure the quality of piles;according to the results of the test of internal force of the piles,the individual piles have the situation of expanding and shrinking in the unfavorable soil layer.Meanwhile,corresponding improvement measures are proposed for the construction of engineering piles.
