在新时期生态文明建设的宏观背景下,城市更新更加注重城市功能结构的优化、人居环境的改善,以及社会经济活力的提升。文中以龙岩新罗区城市更新为例,从综合统筹、试点先行、政策支撑、组织保障四方面探究城市更新与实践,实现城市更新改造系统、城市更新机制的转型升级。

In the macro context of ecological civilization construction in the new era,urban renewal pays more attention to the optimization of urban functional structure,improvement of living environment,and enhancement of internal social and economic vitality of the city.Taking the urban renewal of Xinluo District in Longyan as an example,this article explores urban renewal and practice from four aspects:comprehensive planning,pilot projects,policy support,and organizational guarantee,Realize the transformation and upgrading of urban renewal system and urban renewal mechanism.
