This article takes the graphic and textual information training center of Fujian Water Conservancy and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College as the research content,ponders on the specific design plan,and based on the project background,clarifies the planning ideas,conceives building blocks,analyzes the plane layout,and completes three-dimensional design,in order to create a campus cultural center that continues the school's cultural heritage,integrates learning,leisure and communication.
