The increasing demand for garages poses a higher demand for the design and management of underground garages in residential projects.Based on the actual situation of residential buildings,this paper elaborates on the refined management and control methods of basement design from three aspects:early planning,detailed control during the design phase,and civil air defense design control.The aim is to maximize the efficiency of garages and meet the residents demand for living conditions .
