摘要
文中以长沙市轨道交通6号线工程梧桐路停车场为例,通过工艺布局、BIM技术协同技术、建筑智能化管理系统、综合管廊技术、工业化成品支吊架技术、合理的结构形式等,将停车场上盖开发设计与城市空间紧密结合,优化城市空间结构,高效利用空间资源,这对践行“以公共交通为导向”的城市区域开发模式具有积极意义,可为类似工程提供参考。
This paper takes the wutong Road Parking Lot of Changsha Rail Transit Line 6 Project as an example.By utilizing process layout,BIM technology collaboration technology,building intelligent management system,comprehensive pipe gallery technology,industrialized product support and hanger technology,and reasonable structural form,the development and design of parking lot covers are closely combined with urban space,optimizing urban spatial structure and efficiently utilizing spatial resources.This has positive significance for practicing the"public transportation oriented"urban area development model,and provides reference for similar projects Reference.
