文中以霞浦县溪南镇东安村规划编制为例,阐述了从“以人为本”的角度出发编制一个滨海渔业村庄规划,分析现状村庄用地布局、产业发展、规划管控方面存在的问题,并给出解决思路,总结经验,为今后同类型村庄规划编制提供借鉴和参考。

Taking the planning of Dong'an Village,Xinan Town,Xiapu County as an example,this article elaborates on the preparation of a coastal fishing village plan from the perspective of"people-oriented".It analyzes the problems in the current village land layout,industrial development,and planning control,and provides solutions and experiences,providing reference and reference for future planning of similar villages.
