摘要
文中对某地震模拟研究设施大体积混凝土温度控制进行了探讨,通过计算大体积混凝土夏季、冬季的出机和浇筑温度,采取原材料温度控制、混凝土运输和施工浇筑温度控制、混凝土养护等措施,针对夏季、冬季施工分别提出从生产到施工全过程的温度控制有效措施,保障了大体积混凝土温控效果,为类似工程提供参考。
The temperature control of mass concrete in earthquake engineering simulation research facility is studied in this paper.By calculating the output temperature and pouring temperature of mass concrete in summer and winter,measures such as raw material temperature control,concrete transportation and construction pouring temperature control,and concrete maintenance are taken.Aiming at summer construction and winter construction,the effective temperature control measures for the whole process of mass concrete from production to construction are respectively proposed to ensure the temperature control fect of mass concrete.Provide reference for similar projects.
